There are many great adult cartoons out there that cater to the humour of people over the age of 15. American Dad, Family Guy, Futerama… does anyone remember The Tick?
Of all the show's made, for me though South Park was the best. Why? What set it appart from the others? I'll tell you.
Like most people, ever show has it's line that it won't cross, a joke too dirty or a refernece too insulting. Every writer has a line he won't cross where blasphemy stops being funny and becomes evil and mean. South park has no such line.
It jokes where other cartoons would stop. It push's lines that other fear to tread. It openly insults with no shame because it thinks the insult is funny. It is for this reason that South Park will always be in a league of it's own.
Below I've placed an episode about Satan's "sweet sixteen" party! Why this one? Well firstly it's the only one I could find! Secondly watch out for the churshmen. It's wonderfully subtle, but they have had the priests have children on the end of leach's! They don't make an issue of it, they have it as being normal which is what I think is brilliant about it!
