The worlds nicest resignation letter.
Okay this is the way to resign if you are going to do it:
Hi Eileen
I'm just really writing to kind of discuss and change in charging. I am very aware that ever single project I have done for ***** I have either ended up just breaking even or making a considerable loss. Unfortunately I can't afford to do this any more. Now I have moved out and have to pay rent and combined with the point that I have multiple people asking for my time, I can't really afford to be doing much more work for maitland, exspecialy under the present system.
The main problem is in my charging, mainly from the point that I give you a quote before hand and then commit myself to that job. Unfortunately the jobs are always arkward and end up taking cosiderable more time than orginally alloted. Persently with everyone else, I charge time out at £** a hour, if you would like futher work done, I think I'm going to need to apply this to you as well, also I don't want to commit myself at the begining of a project any more. Development will anyway through up unforeseen problems and I am unable to continue bearing the brunt of these.
I will definately finish off everything I'm persently working on, but I think we are getting near the end them all now.

Things seem good on the work front.
