Problem with outsourcing
Outsourceing to india is great, most of the time, but at the monet I have two teams workign out their and due to a flood and a festival, They pretty much ground to a halt.

[16:25] nixies78: Okay, just another team who work for me had a flood lately and they still haven't got back to work yet, I was owndering if this was partly because of the festival
[16:25] Sham (Desktop Apps): flood : no, they may be still in problem, do you know their city or area, I will let you know update

[16:26] Sham (Desktop Apps): i mean flood problem, since in few states the flood is still there
