I've just read a strange book on the recommendation by Alex the crazy museo in the wooden hut at the back of the garden. It's quite bizarre it's kinda a hippie's business managment bible. It does have a strange charm to it though, usually I can't read this type of thing.

The basic concept is very simple it uses the frog as a metaphor for unpleasant work, and the nastier the task is, the bigger and more ugly the frog is, the more difficult it would be to eat. It's easy to understand the core concept, if the first thing you do ever morning is eat the most ugle, biggest frog you have then pretty much everything else that day is going to be better.

The whole book is about his twenty one rules. All the rules reinforce the main frog eatting idea. It was really motivating.
